AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Our Airport Transfer service is fully insured and complies fully with the requirements of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).

We will check the flight details you provided at the time of booking and, in the event that your flight is delayed, we will wait for you at the airport, regardless of the length of time of the delay.
In the event that your flight is cancelled, you are responsible for contacting us to inform us of this fact and it is also your responsibility to re-book your airport transfer, providing your revised flight details.

Changes and cancellations by you
You must call us on 00 90 535 438 58 90, or e-mail us at contact@jmturkey.com to change or cancel your airport transfer booking. All changes are subject to availability and extra charges may apply, if for example you wish to increase the numbers of the party you are travelling with.


Changes and cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of any circumstances arising which are beyond our control. We would expect this to happen only in extreme circumstances and it would only ever be a last resort, for example in the event of a natural disaster or similar catastrophe.
From time to time, we update our fleet in order to improve our service and so vehicle types may differ from those advertised on our website.
We reserve the right to alter the prices displayed on our website; these are subject to change at our discretion. The price of your airport transfer will always be confirmed before we request payment.
